Refund & Digital Delivery Policy
Last updated August 30, 2026
1. How delivery works
Every product on saamp.co is delivered electronically — there is no physical shipment. After a successful purchase (or, for free items, after you submit your email), we send a download email containing a signed link for each item. That link is valid for 7 days from when it's issued; download your files before it expires. If a link lapses before you've retrieved your files, contact support@saamp.co and we'll re-issue it — a lapsed link is not treated as a reason for a refund.
2. All sales are final once delivered
Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final once digital access has been provided — except where required by applicable law, or where one of the following applies:
- The files you received are defective or corrupted.
- You were never able to access or download the files (and a re-issued link, per §1, didn't resolve it).
- The files delivered are materially different from what was described on the product page.
- You were charged more than once for the same order (duplicate charge).
If any of these applies, contact us within a reasonable time of the purchase and we will fix the issue, re-deliver the correct files, or issue a refund, as appropriate.
3. How to request a refund or fix
Email support@saamp.co with your order email address, the product name, and a description of the problem. We'll get back to you and, where §2 applies, resolve it.
4. International buyers & withdrawal rights
By completing checkout, you request immediate delivery of the digital content. If you're purchasing from a country that grants a statutory right of withdrawal for digital content, that right may be lost once delivery or downloading begins, to the extent permitted by your local law. This does not remove any refund we owe you under §2 above, or any consumer right that your local law does not allow to be waived. See our Terms of Use for more.
5. Free downloads
Free items aren't a sale, so nothing above about refunds applies to them — but delivery works exactly the same way (§1), including the download-link expiry window.
