Terms of Use

By purchasing, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. If the intended user is under 18, a parent or legal guardian must complete the purchase and accept these terms on their behalf. Users under 13 may not submit personal information or join marketing lists.

saamp.co sells downloadable digital audio products — sample packs, one-shots, melodies, loops, phrases, compositions, and beat leases — delivered electronically. Nothing physical is shipped. There are no subscriptions; every purchase is a one-time transaction.

Purchasing a product grants you a license to use it, not ownership of the underlying recording or composition. Royalty-free treatment differs by content type — one-shots are royalty-free, while melodies, loops, phrases, compositions, and musical performances are not and require written clearance before commercial release. The full terms are in our Digital Product License, which is part of these Terms.

Prices are shown at the time of purchase. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or currency- conversion charges your bank or country applies to the transaction.

Digital products are delivered by email as a signed download link shortly after payment is confirmed (or, for free items, after you submit your email). Download links expire — see the Refund & Digital Delivery Policy for the current window and what to do if a link lapses before you've downloaded your files.

We sell to customers worldwide. Because delivery is immediate and electronic, by completing a purchase you request immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that, where applicable law grants a statutory right of withdrawal for digital content, that right may be lost once delivery or downloading begins. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, which is not affected by this acknowledgment where a refund is otherwise owed (defective files, duplicate charges, etc.).

• Attempting to access admin-only or upload-only areas of the site without authorization.
• Scripting or automating public forms (checkout, free-download, licensing-request) in a way that abuses them.
• Circumventing or attempting to circumvent the licensing terms described in the Digital Product License.
• Uploading unlawful content or impersonating another person when submitting any form on this site.

The site and its products are provided "as is." We don't guarantee the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose — this doesn't limit any warranty or right that applicable consumer-protection law does not allow us to disclaim.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from your use of the site or a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. This does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except that nothing here overrides consumer-protection rights that applicable law does not allow to be waived — including rights you may have under the law of your own country of residence if you're purchasing from outside the United States.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms. Material changes will update the "Last updated" date above.
